Bibli-ASPA, The Arab, African and South American Library and Research Center, is a non-profit organization, created with the objective of promoting critical reflection through research, production and the dissemination of ideas on Arab, African and South American peoples. Accordingly, it brings together researchers and academics from more than 30 countries and offers specialized archives, book publishing, research, consultancy for special projects, cinema and theater festivals, courses and exhibitions, among other actions.

To establish and strengthen consistent and long-lasting cultural, educational and economic relations, among South American, Arab and African countries through the constant production and publication of academic knowledge and cultural exchange.

To promote educational and academic actions and the culture of peace, as well as the cultural expression of Arab, African and South American peoples, for the benefit of mutual respect and diversity.
